Can Men and Women be Friends?

In my opinion, men and women cannot be real friends because they are men and women. They can be equal in terms of justice but they are different in terms of sex. Moreover, it is true that male-female relationships have changed; that is, women and men work, study, and even live together so they can be colleagues, classmates, or friends but they cannot be a real friends. Society may say that it can be; however, if one man or woman says that she or he is real friend of someone who is opposite sex, then I believe that he or she fell in love with him or her. I saw that kind of friendships many times. If boy and girl say they are real friends then they have some kinds of feeling beyond friendship, if they do not have that kinds of feelings then they are only friends. In addition, that friendship may cause some problems like misunderstanding or jealousy between their families. To sum up, I believe that the best way of the real friendship is female to female or male to male as they can understand each other in a better way. Also, they can be friends with opposite sex but only friend.

Stress management

I want to write about stress because we all experience it during our exams, quizzes, and presentations. So,
                                  What is stress?

I know that all of you have a kind of same answer and the professionals as well they say that in simplest terms, stress is the opposite of relaxation. Also, stress is what you feel when you have to handle more than you are used to. I was shocked when I first heard that some stress is normal and even useful. In addition, stress can help if we need to work hard or react quickly. I always thought that stress is some kind of negative feeling but we all now know that it has positive effects as well. However, if stress happens too often or lasts too long, it can have bad effects. So, we need to learn how to reduce, prevent, and cope with stress, and here some professional major and minor advices:

1: Avoid unnecessary stress
Learn how to say “no”
Avoid people who stress you out
Take control of your environment

2: Alter the situation
Express your feelings instead of bottling them up
Be willing to compromise
Be more assertive
Manage your time better

3: Adapt to the stressor
Reframe problems
Adjust your standards
Focus on the positive

4: Accept the things you can’t change
Don’t try to control the uncontrollable
Look for the upside
Share your feelings
Learn to forgive

5: Make time for fun and relaxation
Set aside relaxation time
Connect with others
Do something you enjoy every day
Keep your sense of humour

6: Adopt a healthy lifestyle
Exercise regularly
Eat a healthy diet
Reduce caffeine and sugar
Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs
Get enough sleep
To sum up, I believe that we can do or manage most of those things and can reduce stress by training. Also, I hope you can get enough information about stress which is quite common thing nowadays.
